Thank you for stopping by!
love variety so I create in oils, acrylics, watercolour and soft pastels. My art aims to capture the emotion of things which lift our spirits, such as a beautiful sunset or the dance of light and shade of a woodland stream.
I have invested heavily in my own art education with various artists and schools so I have gleaned a broad range of knowledge that I enjoy sharing with others.
I am passionate about helping others to discover their own inner artist so I teach regularly, both in person and online. I give demos for art clubs and groups and run art meet ups locally.
I have been an associate artist for Unison Colour since 2020. You can read my Unison blogs here

"Enjoyed the session - didn't know I could do it. Length of time for doing the practice and final picture was about right. Thank you Julie. Very good teacher and a lovely thing to do.”
Ian
“You will not find a nicer or more patient lady, she will always point you in the right direction to improve your art.
Have you ever attended an art or craft fair or even paid a lot of money for a large exhibition, only to come home disappointed at lack of sales. You are not alone!
However, it's not all about sales on the day. With a 30 year career in corporate sales and exhibitions, I have learned how to optimise opportunities at every event. This small, local event generated not just sales but contacts and prospects which eventually turned into valuable leads
Success comes from knowing how to capture and nurture your contacts to turn them into supporters, helpful networks and valued customers.
